Timeouts Received On HTTP APIs

As we checked, the system was under temporary load due to the flood of requests from a single / mis-used account.

We have now isolated the traffic from the mis-used account to avoid impact on other live accounts.

All the API endpoints and Control Panel URLs are now accessible and functioning as expected.

We are further monitoring the issue and trying to identify the root cause of the same to avoid it from repeating in the future.

According to our monitoring system this service has become unresponsive, we’re investigating.
