Service HTTP API + Control Panel Access Impacted

Control panel access has been restored.

OTP & Transactional SMS Endpoints have been routed via fallback clusters and the same are validated to be working fine.

Note: Control panel shall be inaccessible until the ongoing outage is resolved at NTT’s end. However OTP & Transactional / Promotional SMS delivery shall continue to be normal.

We are currently facing an outage in our primary cloud zone Delhi NCR 1. This DC facility is operated by NTT Communications and we currently have a power issue in the facility. We are working with NTT to restore services in the facility.

Update: We noticed an outage on the upstream provider’s network causing 2Factor’s API & Control panel services being intermittently unreachable.

We have escalated the issue with the service provider and are working on earliest resolution.

According to our monitoring system this service has become unresponsive, we’re investigating.
