Service HTTP API seems to be down

Service Update:
The upstream provider issue has been resolved—Control Panel access and website functionality are fully restored. SMS delivery experienced minimal to no impact, as requests were seamlessly handled by fallback servers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Due to recurring reliability concerns with our current hosting provider, we’re planning a migration to more robust infrastructure within the next 30 days.

We are experiencing upstream issues—traffic is being rerouted via fallback instances. API services remain functional, but the website control panel may be temporarily unavailable.

We are currently experiencing an outage with our DC vendor hosting 2Factor’s panel and website. Our team is actively working with the vendor on highest priority to restore services at the earliest.

Meanwhile, we are rerouting APIs to backup locations to minimize disruption and resume services as quickly as possible.
