Incident: DLT Registration Portal Unreachable

The issue affecting https://dlt-registration.2factor.in has been resolved.
The disruption was caused by an upstream connectivity issue between the DigitalOcean (Bangalore region) infrastructure and our database node hosted with NTT Communications (Noida). The upstream connectivity has now been fully restored.
The DLT Registration Portal is functioning normally at this time.
There was no impact on:
- 2Factor APIs
- 2Factor Control Panel
- Live SMS Traffic
- WhatsApp API
- Any other 2Factor services
We will continue to monitor the service to ensure stability.

We are currently experiencing an issue where https://dlt-registration.2factor.in is not accessible.
The portal is hosted in the DigitalOcean (Bangalore region), which is presently facing connectivity issues in reaching our database node hosted with NTT Communications (Noida). Due to this upstream connectivity issue, the web interface is not loading.
Our team has escalated the matter to the upstream infrastructure provider and is actively monitoring the situation.
Impact
This issue is limited to the DLT Registration Portal only.
There is no impact on:
- 2Factor APIs
- 2Factor Control Panel
- Live SMS Traffic
- WhatsApp API
- Any other 2Factor services
