Service DC ( Delhi-NCR ) - Network seems to be down

Network connectivity issues have been resolved.

For the past 3 days, We are experiencing repeated network outages with the upstream provider due to a network-level fault at their Delhi-NCR DC.

To avoid such service level disruptions, we are planning for the emergency migration activity.

The services are presently restored to normal and our team is monitoring it closely.

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted, We are trying our level best to reduce the impact to the minimal.

We are checking for the root cause of the downtime.

According to our monitoring system this service has become unresponsive, we’re investigating.
