Dear User,
Considering the repeated network outages faced on the current colo vendor. We are planning an emergency & essential maintenance / migration activity.
This activity shall be carried out in 3 phases on 10th May, 11th May & 12th May 2021 subsequently. The activity shall include migration of the core data store, compute services, and other operational modules.
Maintenance /Migration activity shall be carried out between 02:00 AM to 4:15 AM on the above-mentioned days.
We anticipate <10 minutes downtime on 10th May 2021 & shall ensure nil / minimal downtime on the subsequent days mentioned above.
