Outage has been confirm resolved.

DC partner has switched over the connectivity to the fallback network gateway.

APIs are now accessible. We are monitoring the situation and clearing the backlog queues.

We are experiencing minor network outage causing delayed API response.
Issue has been escalated to the DC partner
