Service HTTP API seems to be down

Outage has been resolved and all the services have been restored to normal state.

Both API and Control panel services are now accessible over internet.

We are still awaiting for a formal confirmation on the outage resolution from Net Magic’s end.

We are experiencing network outage on the servers hosted with Net Magic Datacenter’s Noida DC. As a result of which API Endpoints are experiencing delays and partial outage.

The issue has been escalated to Netmagic ( NTT Communications ) DC partner and is expected to be resolved shortly.

We are are noticing an outage on the service.

We are working on the resolution on priority.

According to our monitoring system this service has become unresponsive, we’re investigating.
