Service HTTP API seems to be down

All the HTTP endpoints are now operational.

There is a queue at delivery reports end so some delivery reports shall be updated with a delay.

Our DB and Compute nodes hosted at NetMagic DC are reachable from 14:02 Hrs IST.

Our team is verifying working condition on all the HTTP Endpoints before closing the incident.

We are working with DC partner at utmost priority to get the outage resolved.

As per the telephonic confirmation from the upstream provider, a network outage is experienced at NetMagic DC causing services inaccessible.

The issue has been escalated and based on the DC update it should be resolved within 10-15 minutes.
