Service HTTP API seems to be down

All the endpoints and control panels are stable from 2021-08-17 13:10 IST

We have routed SMS requests via DR nodes to minimize / eliminate the impact of outage at NetMagic’s DC.

2Factor’s Control panel might be intermittently inaccessible however all the API Endpoints are expected to work normally.

We are experiencing network outage on the DB instances ( at Net Magic’s DC )

Issue has been escalated to the DC team.

According to our monitoring system this service has become unresponsive, we’re investigating.
