Service HTTP API seems to be down

We have received an update from the DC partner that the network outage has been resolved.

We have validated the API endpoints working now and shall continue to monitor the same for a while.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We are experiencing network outage with our DC provider and thus the services are presently unreachable.

The issue has been escalated to the DC support and we are working on priority to resolve the issue.

According to our monitoring system this service has become unresponsive, we’re investigating.
